NolOnTop processes NOL card top-up requests on behalf of our users. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the procedure for requesting them. We are committed to fair and transparent handling of all refund requests.
Once a top-up has been successfully applied to your NOL card account, it cannot be reversed or refunded as the credit has been transferred to a third-party transit system.

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your transaction by emailing support@nolontop.org with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and respond with a decision within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction. Refund processing times depend on your card issuer and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Service fees are non-refundable except in cases where the top-up was not applied due to our error.
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct 10-digit NOL Tag ID is entered. If a top-up is applied to an incorrect card due to user error, we are unable to reverse the transaction. We strongly recommend double-checking your NOL Tag ID before confirming your request.
