Terms of Service — NolOnTop

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to NolOnTop ("we", "us", "our"), an independent online top-up service for NOL transit cards in Dubai, UAE, operating at nolontop.org. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

NolOnTop is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any transit authority or government body in Dubai or the UAE.

2. Description of Service

NolOnTop provides an online submission service that allows users to request a top-up of their NOL transit card. Users submit their NOL Tag ID, select a top-up amount, and provide an email address. Our team processes the request and applies the requested credit to the specified card account within 24 hours on business days.

The minimum top-up amount is AED 30 and the maximum is AED 500 per transaction. Accepted preset amounts are AED 30, 40, 50, 100, and 150. Custom amounts within the specified range are also accepted.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information, including the correct 10-digit NOL Tag ID.
Use only payment methods for which you have authorisation.
Not use the service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised purpose.
Keep your email address current and accurate to receive confirmations.

We are not responsible for failed or incorrect top-ups resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user, including incorrect NOL Tag IDs or email addresses.

4. Payment and Fees

All amounts are displayed and processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). A service fee may apply and will be displayed clearly before you confirm your submission. Payments are accepted via Visa and Mastercard. All payment data is transmitted over SSL-encrypted connections.

NolOnTop does not store full card details. Payment processing is handled by our payment service provider in compliance with applicable data security standards.

5. Processing Time

We aim to process all top-up requests within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed payment. Processing times may extend during public holidays or high-demand periods. We will notify you by email if your request is delayed beyond 48 hours.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Please review our Refund Policy available at nolontop.org/refund.html for full details on our refund and cancellation procedures. Once a top-up has been successfully applied to a NOL card, it cannot be reversed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on nolontop.org, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of NolOnTop or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NolOnTop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our service. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
